The Blue Grotto On-Site Message and Attendee Tracking System is used to facilitate communication between exhibitors and convention attendees. Specifically, visitors to your exhibit booth will be able to leave messages for your company attendees, as well as have their inquiries triaged through proper channels. In short, the Blue Grotto On-site Message and Attendee Tracking System ensures that you maximize your exhibit effort by making sure those who represent your company at a meeting can easily be reached.
Exhibit Message System
An individual wishing to leave a message will go to the "Message Center" area in your exhibit booth and leave a message. This message will be sent to the intended recipient(s) via e-mail and/or text message or can be retrieved from a website. Messages can be:
- From an attendee to an on-site employee
- A reminder to a group of customers regarding an event
- A broadcast to a group of employees and affiliates

System can be used to remind multiple attendees of upcoming event.
Directory Services/Attendee Status
The system provides information regarding on-site company employees and affiliates, including arrival and departure status, local contact information, etc.
Meeting Message Wall
The system also offers a "wall" function similar to that on Facebook, enabling participants to post comments accessible by all registrants.
Message recipients are notified via mobile device, text message, and display at booth. Messages can be retrieved either privately on a mobile device or via a computer in the booth and can be printed out.
The system can broadcast e-mail or text messages to all or select groups of registered users.
