Features and Functionality
Create, Modify and Delete Events
Exhibit managers can add an event including time, date, location, meeting organization, and all of the assets that need to be delivered. These deliverables can be select from an extensive list, categorized by their types (ie, booth, signage, banners, displays). Corporate business rules are followed with each order. After creating an event that event can be subject to approval or submitted for fulfillment.
Fulfillment and Inventory Tracking
During the fulfillment process, the exhibit house will use the system to fulfill the order so that everyone knows the status of the order. Inventory levels will be adjusted both in terms of current and anticipated availability so that users will be made aware if an asset will not be available (ie, a table) or is in short supply (ie, literature). The system also will be the repository for tracking items in transit as it can contain all shipping, tracking, and on-site contact information.
Reports
The system will provide a complete set of reports for future planning, budgeting, and asset use.
Order History
Past events can be reviewed so as to estimate costs and help ensure nothing is forgotten. This also can save time by simply repeating an order.
Customizable Mobile Interface
User interfaces can be designed for specific functions, such as on-site contact information, to appear on a mobile phone.
